If you spend anytime on Youtube these days it's probably safe to assume you know Mr. Beast. Did you know he recently launched his own line of chocolate bars? Not sure how much he's sold to-date but it's probably safe to assume the brand is growing rapidly. Small production design and prepress tweaks could have a massive impact on COGs. A few ideas:

Colors & Cost

We’re counting at least 7 colors here, likely 8 or 9 when it comes down to a double bump of white and a final varnish - while this is completely within the capabilities of a large print house, it could be pretty straightforward to reduce the design by one or two colors and save some money and/or move to a smaller family-owned business, furthering Mr Beast’s mission of supporting folks while having fun (and eating chocolate!).

CMYK

You’ll hear us talk about this a lot, but some colors just get kind of dull when printed CMYK with plates. Most folks separate their colors into spots, which looks like what’s been done here - but a cautionary word, Mr Beast: always say yes to the press check or physical proof! Especially with orange and light blue!
